 After you have successfully purchased a subscription, we aim to deliver your order within 4 hrs, But please allow us up to 8 hours to process. Orders placed after 5 pm are usually processed the next day. Once we process your order we will send you an email with instructions and a video link on setting your device up.

 When your subscription needs to be renewed, just return to this website, go to the subscription tab, and renew just like you did originally. We do not automatically renew your service. since many customers try it for a month or two and then extend their subscription to longer terms and more TVs for a better value. You can also renew early, your service will extend from the previous expiration date so you will get the full subscription time that you purchased

 Each TV that is being actively played at a time is considered 1 connection. If you are watching 2 TVs simultaneously however, you would be using 2 connections, If you are only watching 1 TV, turn it off, and go to another room or location and turn that TV on then you are only using 1 connection at a time. The app can be installed on as many TVs as you choose but to be played simultaneously on multiple TVs you must purchase a connection for each that is currently in use.

  When you subscribe DexTVpro, you get all Live TV, VOD, and sports channels of the countries you choose.  When ordering please note the countries and whether or not you want the adult channels in the checkout notes area.
